About the author
Heart Mind Body Soul began as a family dream shared by Tempest and her mother, originally envisioned as a bookshop with a tea shop and a complementary therapy suite called Rainbow’s End. Although it didn’t come to life during her mother’s lifetime, Tempest later revived the vision by creating a complementary therapy business with her husband, offering Reiki and mindfulness classes.
